中外合作办学是我国为了适应改革开放和国际化发展战略的需要,积极引进国外优质教育资源,在办学模式和人才培养等方面进行大胆探索、创新、改革的全新办学体系。中外合作办学在高等教育领域发展十分迅速,办学规模逐步扩大,办学层次逐渐提高,呈现出前所未有的发展势头。近年来中外合作办学引进了国外成熟先进的教育资源,使中国学生能够接受国际先进教育,这不仅有利于提高学生的综合能力,促进学生全面发展,加快高校师资队伍的专业化建设,更为重要的是可以有利地促进我国高等教育模式的改革和整体办学水平的提高。在这样的时代背景下,如何加强中外合作办学学生党建工作就显得尤为重要。
