平巷掘进中应用凿岩台车钻眼是当前凿岩作业机械化的发展方向。为了充分发挥这种设备的生产潜力或研制新型高效的台车，常需要对其生产作业过程作现场调查和实际观测，取得凿岩进尺和时间消耗的原始资料，进行科学的分析，探寻强化台车生产能力的工艺技术组织措施及其机构改革的途径。进行实际调查和观测分析的方法，将为总结台车生产经验与指导台车的设计工作提供依据，是实现生产管理科学化和科学研究试验的基本方法。因此，讨论提高凿岩台车生产率的分析方法和经验是有实际意义的。
