一段时间以来,北京市房山区大安山一带山区小煤矿开采多,部分不法人员乘机盗伐附近林区的国有林木,用于小煤矿生产用料。盗伐林木的违法犯罪活动一度比较猖撅。为了狠狠打击盗伐林木的犯罪行为,保护森林资源的安全。北京市森林公安局抽调怀柔、密云、大兴、十三陵、双青等森林公安处、科、所的部分警力,组成了强有力的专案队伍,由副局长杜胜元统一指挥,深入到大安山地区开展侦查工作。通过大量的调查工作,掌握了不少有价值的线索。并在此基础上一举破获了胡伟、杨万海两个盗伐林木团伙,并将其依法逮捕。日前,经侦查终结,两个盗伐团伙的主要犯罪嫌疑人胡伟、杨万海已被森林公安机关依法移送检察机关审查起诉。
