许多教师把自己固定在“教”者的位置,基本上按照“教参”上提供的“唯一答案”解读课文,这样的阅读教导对教学与教师的成长都极为有害。本文以教学《泪珠与珍珠》一文为例,指出教师作为一名“学”者的重要性。
Many teachers have fixed themselves in the position of “teachers” and basically interpret the texts according to the “only answer” provided by the “teaching and teaching”. Such reading teachings are extremely harmful to the growth of teaching and teachers. This article uses the teaching “tears and pearls” as an example to point out the importance of teachers as a “student”.
