我国改革开放逐渐深入,市场经济日益健全,社会对人才的需求发生了变化,技师院校的英语教学已经落后,所以,英语教学应不断优化教学模式,调整教学目标,完善教学体系,提出教材内容的实用特性,重视培养学生的综合素质、英语实用技能和英语阅读、听说能力等,这才是符合用人单位的标准。本文主要探讨了英语教学模式的改革。
