前言油通过油封密封唇的渗漏经常是使迂到这类现象的人们感到烦脑的问题。参考曾经分析过的密封失败以及已得知的这些失败的原因,对于更加有效的控制其必要性是显而易见的。早期的密封件常常是用皮革制品,毛毡和其它吸湿性材料来制作的,作成一个典型的潮气凝气瓣其结果在转轴上出现腐蚀。随着合成橡胶如丁腈、聚丙烯酸酯和硅橡胶的发展,设计用以评价这些材料的各种密封特性的实验仪器的必要性出现了。其结果改进了密封性能,规定了工业生产的产品质量控制程序,建立了研究室从事密封研究的质量控制机和实验程序标准化那样的一套方案。
Introduction Leakage of oil through the oil seal lip is often a problem that annoys people who experience such phenomena. With reference to the sealing failures that have been analyzed and what has been learned about these failures, it is obvious to be more effective in controlling the necessity. Early seals were often made of leather goods, felt and other hygroscopic materials to create a typical moisture condensate valve that corroded the shaft. With the development of synthetic rubbers such as butyronitrile, polyacrylates and silicone rubbers, the need to design experimental apparatus to evaluate the various sealing characteristics of these materials has arisen. As a result, the seal performance was improved, the product quality control procedures for industrial production were established, and a set of programs was established to standardize the quality control machine and the experimental procedures used by the research laboratory in sealing research.
