生命道德精神指生命本身存在何种道德意义,以及对人与生命之间的关系应坚持何种道德精神,包含人们的体悟生命之道后的实践精神。体育是展示人生命本质力量的独特方式。中国传统体育关注人的身心健康和生命整体价值,侧重于人的整体生命意义和内在道德精神意义的建构以及人的生命境界的提升。它体现了自强生生、人道贵生、和谐共生的生命道德精神。这些精神对当下竞技体育出现的一些问题具有启示意义。
The spirit of life and morality refers to the moral significance of life itself and what moral spirit should be insisted on the relationship between man and life, including the practice spirit of people’s way of realizing life. Physical education is a unique way of demonstrating the power of human life. Chinese traditional sports concern people’s physical and mental health and the overall value of life, focusing on the overall meaning of life and the construction of the intrinsic moral and spiritual significance as well as the realm of human life. It embodies the self-improvement of life, human health, harmonious symbiosis of life and moral spirit. These spirits are enlightenment to some problems that appear in current competitive sports.
