由儿童来演儿童相声,小演员演得好不好,辅导员老师的培育和引导至关重要。在实际工作中,老师要做哪些工作呢? (1)帮助选好脚本。选定一个好的脚本,就能为演出成功奠定基础。从内容上看,首先要选择反映孩子们学习、生活中典型的人和事,因为这些会让演员与观众都感到分外亲切,所以,演出效果强烈。同时,脚本中的笑料、语言与动作,要有利于少年儿童身心健康,对不太文明、儿童不宜的噱头,再逗笑也不能用,切忌将那些低级趣味的东西带进校园,老师要严格把关。
