近年来,随着社会经济的发展,国家不断推进社会主义新农村建设,广大农村地区人民生活水平不断提高,大家对农村小学教育的要求越来越高。而教育质量的好与坏,人们往往喜欢把眼光集中到校长身上,所以来自外部、内部的压力也越来越多,农村小学---特别是不足百人的学校校长面临的困难越来越大。作为农村小学的校长,只有清醒地认识面临的困难并加以应对,才能走出一条适应自身特点的发展之路。下面,笔者结合工作实践谈几点看法。
In recent years, with the social and economic development, the state has continuously pushed forward the building of a new socialist countryside and the living standards of the general population in rural areas have been continuously improved. Everyone has ever been demanding higher education in rural primary schools. The quality of education is good and bad, people often like to focus on the principal, so the pressure from the outside and inside is also increasing. Rural primary schools, especially less than one hundred schools, are facing more and more difficulties . As the principals of rural primary schools, only by clearly understanding the difficulties they face and coping with them, can they get out of a development path that is adapted to their own characteristics. Below, I combine the working practice to talk about several points.
