患儿男,40天,住院号308129。患儿半月来神萎,吮奶无力,有时单声干咳;入院前半天呻吟不已伴气急于1978年4月19日急诊入院。病期中无发热,两便正常。患儿系第二胎第二产,足月顺产。接种过卡介苗,母乳喂养。父母身体健康。兄于1个月时因“细菌感染”夭卒。父母为姨表婚配。家族中无类似病史。体检:肛温37.5C,急性病容、神清,面色灰暗,呻吟,口唇紫绀,牙龈粘膜有破溃,咽部充血明显,呼吸
