通过多年的努力,我省乡镇企业得到了很大发展,2001年全省乡镇企业完成增加值1445亿多元,实交税金75亿多元,乡镇企业在全省经济社会发展中的地位不断加强。在新的历史时期,要加快我省发展步伐,最根本的是要走农业产业化、工业化、城镇化发展的路子。而乡镇企业作为农业产业化经营的龙头和纽带、全省工业的重要力量和县乡工业的主力、城镇化的重要经济基础和条件,仍然具有不可替代的作用。全省上下必须进一步统一思想,充分认识新形势下乡镇企业的新作用、新特点和发展的新内容,继续推动乡镇企业加快发展。
