随着我国资本市场的逐步完善和纺织工业飞速发展,目前纺织行业(包括纺织、服装、化纤等)上市公司已有90余家,一批优秀纺织企业利用证券市场得到快速发展,纺织上市公司已成为证券市场的重要组成部分。但是,纺织行业如何利用资本市场促进产业升级;资本市场如何深入理解纺织行业及其上市公司的发展状况和前景,以提高投资效率,这是纺织上市公司和证券机构、投资者共同面临的课题。在纺织产业日益发展的趋势下,为了更好地解决上述问题,中国纺织企业家联合会协调组织成立“纺织上市公司研究会”,就是要建立资本市场的卖家(上市公司)与买家(投资者)相互交流、良性互动的平台,以降低双方的交易成本,提高投资与融资的效率,实现筹资者(上市公司)与投资者的合作共赢。经过近三个月的筹备,决定2007年3月10日在厦门市召开纺织上市公司研究会成立大会。现将会议的有关事项通知如下:
