以改革创新精神加强党的建设,全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,是我们党准确把握世情国情党情的发展变化、坚持与时俱进、具有远见卓识的生动体现。十七大报告号召以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,就此提出总布局和总要求。面对新的形势,必须从思想、组织、作风、制度和廉政建设入手,全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,为中国改革开放和社会主义现代化事业提供坚强有力的保障。
Strengthening and reforming the spirit of innovation in building the party and building a new great project in an all-round way is that our party accurately grasps the situation and development of the party and state in the world and adheres to the vivid embodiment of keeping pace with the times and with foresight. The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China called for the promotion of a great new project for party building in an all-round way in the spirit of reform and innovation. In this regard, the general layout and general requirements were put forward. In the face of the new situation, we must start with building ideology, organization, work style, system and clean government, push forward the great new project of party building in an all-round way and provide a strong and powerful guarantee for China’s reform and opening up as well as for the cause of socialist modernization.
