5月的武当山,春意盎然,百花含笑,碧水欢歌。在这宜人的春日,为了更好地服务武友,进一步探索中国武术发展新路,促进武术文化的全面繁荣,武当山武当拳法研究会、武当杂志社于25日至28日在武当山下的丹江口市隆重举办了“2012首届武当演武大会”。针对当前武术发展的客观实际,本着“服务武友,提高技艺,健康身心”的宗旨,演武大会设有武术名家表演、传统武术绝技表演、武术拳(械)比赛、太极推手争霸赛、话武论坛、“武当百杰”评选以及武当武术大讲坛、《当代武林名家大典》首发式、游览道教圣地武当山等九大主题活动。
