推动民族自治地方经济与社会发展,实现各民族的共同繁荣,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。而要实现这一目的,民族自治地方公共组织就必须对公共组织的职能和结构、公共政策的内容和手段进行调整,确保公共组织成为推动社会和谐的重要动力。
Promoting the economic and social development in ethnic autonomous areas and realizing the common prosperity of all ethnic groups is an important part of building a socialist harmonious society. To achieve this goal, public organizations in ethnic autonomous areas must adjust the functions and structures of public organizations and the contents and methods of public policies so as to ensure that public organizations become an important driving force for promoting social harmony.
