高职院校是我国国民教育体系的重要组成部分,以培养技能型人才为主要目的,在实施人才兴国与科教兴国战略中占据特殊地位。然而,由于我国高职教育起步较晚,导致高职院校学生毕业后面临大量的就业问题与困难,基于此,作者结合自身经验,对新时期高职院校就业指导工作方法进行分析研究,以供参考。
Higher vocational colleges are an important part of China’s national education system. With the main purpose of training skilled personnel, they occupy a special position in the strategy of rejuvenating the nation through talents and the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. However, due to the late start of higher vocational education in our country, the higher vocational colleges face a lot of employment problems and difficulties after graduation. Based on this, the author, combining his own experience, analyzes and studies the employment guidance methods in higher vocational colleges in the new era, for reference.
