应用高效液相色谱测定油菜及甘蓝、黑芥、新疆野生油菜等的硫代葡萄糖甙,其主要步骤为:硫甙提取,离子交换树脂(Sephadex A-25醋酸吡啶型)纯化,在微柱上芳基硫酸酯酶脱硫酸根,反相C_(18)柱乙腈梯度洗脱分离脱硫硫甙,采用烯丙基硫甙或邻硝基苯-β-半乳糖甙(ONPGAL)作内标,紫外吸收测定硫甙洗脱液(波长229nm)。研究发现不同材料其硫甙组成及含量有差异。
