[目的]研究15个紫花苜蓿品种抗旱性。[方法]通过室内试验,对15个苜蓿品种进行人工干旱胁迫,测定其干旱胁迫后植物体的相对膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量和水饱和亏缺3个抗旱指标。通过对不同苜蓿品种的抗旱隶属函数值进行计算,对不同苜蓿品种的综合抗旱适应性进行了评价。[结果]将15个苜蓿品种划分为3类,高抗旱苜蓿品种:敖汉、公农2号、宁苜1号、龙牧801;中抗旱苜蓿品种:公农1号、龙牧803、MagnumV-wet、农宝、竞争者、大叶、中苜1号;弱抗旱苜蓿品种:公农3号、WL-525、朝阳、胜利者。[结论]高抗旱苜蓿品种为敖汉、公农2号。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the drought resistance of 15 alfalfa cultivars. [Method] Fifteen alfalfa cultivars were subjected to artificial drought stress by laboratory test. The relative drought resistance of the plants were measured under three different drought resistance indexes, such as relative membrane permeability, free proline content and water saturation deficit. The drought resistance adaptability of different alfalfa cultivars was evaluated by calculating the membership functions of different alfalfa cultivars. [Result] Fifteen alfalfa cultivars were divided into three groups. The varieties with high drought resistance were Aohan, Gongnong 2, Ninglou 1 and Longmu 801; the medium drought-tolerant alfalfa varieties: Gongnong 1, Longmu 803, MagnumV -wet, Nongbao, competitor, Daiye, Zhongmu No.1; weak drought-tolerant alfalfa varieties: Gongnong 3, WL-525, Chaoyang, winner. [Conclusion] The varieties with high drought resistance alfalfa were Aohan and Gongnong 2.
