美国加利福尼亚州卡梅尔消息:钙通道阻断可成为原发性醛固酮增多症的一种非手术疗法,如果洛杉矶南加利福尼亚大学医学中心研究人员能观察到长期使用钙通道阻断疗法使血压及血浆醛固酮急骤下降,且可持续有效。加利福尼亚内分泌学家观察了,硝苯吡啶(Nitedipine)20mg舌下含服对8名原发性醛固酮增多症病人及6名低钠饮食的正常对照组受试人的作用。早期研究证明,钙通道对钾及血管紧张素Ⅱ诱发醛固酮产生是必不可少的。南加利福尼亚大学内科副教授Jerry L Nadler在此地召开的西部联合临床研究学会上报告了他们的研究成果。

Researchers at the University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles have observed long-term use of calcium channel blockade to increase blood pressure and plasma Aldosterone drops sharply, and can be sustained and effective. Endocrinologists in California looked at the role of sublingual natto-nadine 20 mg in subjects with eight patients with primary aldosteronism and six normal controls with a low-sodium diet. Earlier studies have shown that calcium channels are essential for potassium and angiotensin II-induced aldosterone production. Jerry L Nadler, associate professor of medicine at the University of Southern California, reported the results of his research at the Western Union Institute of Clinical Research here.
