利用电镜法。介电损耗法和微发光导法,对铋离子Bi~(5+)在卤化银乳剂微晶体中的掺杂效应,做了较深入的研究。试验结果表明:铋Bi~(5+)的掺杂使卤化银的颗粒变小,使介电损耗峰向高频方向移动。随着铋离子Bi~(5+)的掺杂量的增加,乳剂微晶体的光电导在极短的时间内急剧下降,而光电子的寿命不断增加。看来铋离子的掺杂提供了大量的浅电子陷阱,造成潜影中心分散度增加和活性降低,这是造成减感的主要原因。
Using electron microscopy. Dielectric loss method and micro-luminescence method have been used to study the doping effect of bismuth ions Bi ~ (5+) in silver halide emulsion microcrystals. The results show that the doping of bismuth Bi ~ (5+) makes the particles of silver halide smaller and the dielectric loss peak shifts to high frequency. With the increase of bismuth ion Bi ~ (5+) doping, the photoconductivity of the emulsion microcrystals sharply decreased in a very short period of time, and the lifetime of photoelectrons increased continuously. It appears that the bismuth ion doping provides a large number of shallow electron traps, resulting in increased latent image center dispersion and decreased activity, which is the main cause of desensitization.
