矫治严重扭转的前牙,使用固定矫治器并无困难。但在我国目前经济技术落后,而固定矫治器在短期内难以普及推广的情况下,有必要探究使用活动矫治器。以往有些学者采用活动矫治器加鞭簧的方法治疗扭转牙,在矫治过程中易出现力的大小不易控制、受力牙易出现松动等现象。我们采用双曲抱簧或圈抱簧矫治法,适当配合粘结技术可以避免上述问题。在我们收治的13例21颗严重扭转前牙中,除个别外均收到了良好的效果。 1 方法与结果:对近远中径较宽的上切牙,采用双曲抱簧或圈抱簧矫治。具体方法是在双曲横簧或圈抱簧的游离端延长,延长部分环抱扭转牙。力的大小及方向通过双曲或圈来控制。对近远中径较窄的下切牙和牙戴面近圆形的尖牙,则采用唇面粘结拉
