The system of employee stock ownership in the United States has arisen under the macroeconomic background of revitalizing the U.S. economy and improving the traditional antagonistic relations between employers and employees. The enterprises that implement this system can be divided into two types: one is to mobilize the employees holding shares to save the enterprise; the other is to implement the employee stock ownership plan.
