目的:研究Micro PET/CT在大鼠口腔黏膜癌前病变及口腔癌中的应用价值。方法:采用4NQO饮水法诱导大鼠舌癌模型,将39只大鼠随机分为实验组及空白对照组。实验25~30周,进行Micro PET/CT扫描。扫描后行组织病理学检查。应用SAS6.0软件包,对正常组、癌前病变组及癌变组大鼠的SUVmax、T/NT(肌肉)、T/NT(脑组织)及T/NT(甲状腺)分别进行方差分析,并对T/NT值和病理学分级进行Spearman相关分析。结果:正常组、癌前病变组、癌变组大鼠舌根SUVmax无显著差异(P>0.05)。正常组与癌变组相比,T/NT(肌肉)及T/NT(脑组织)有显著差异(P<0.05),正常组与癌前病变组以及癌前病变组与癌变组,T/NT(肌肉)及T/NT(脑组织)无显著差异(P>0.05);T/NT(肌肉、脑组织)均与病理学分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。各组之间T/NT(甲状腺)差异无显著性(P>0.05),T/NT(甲状腺)与病理学分级无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Mirco PET/CT作为一种无创检测技术,有助于对大鼠舌体组织癌变过程进行动态研究。T/NT(肌肉组织)、T/NT(脑组织)可作为大鼠舌体癌变过程中反映病损进展程度的有效指标。
Objective: To study the application value of Micro PET / CT in oral mucosal precancerous lesions and oral cancer in rats. Methods: The rat tongue cancer model was induced by 4NQO drinking water. 39 rats were randomly divided into experimental group and blank control group. Experiments 25 to 30 weeks, Micro PET / CT scan. Histopathological examination after scanning. SAS6.0 software package was used to analyze the variance of SUVmax, T / NT (muscle), T / NT (brain) and T / NT (thyroid) in normal group, precancerous lesion group and cancerous group Spearman correlation analysis was performed on T / NT values and pathological grade. Results: SUVmax of tongue base in normal group, precancerous lesion group and cancerous group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). There were significant differences between T / NT (muscle) and T / NT (brain) in normal group and precancerous lesions group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between T / NT (muscle and brain) and pathological grade (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in T / NT (thyroid) between the groups (P> 0.05). There was no correlation between T / NT (thyroid) and pathological grade (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Mirco PET / CT as a noninvasive detection technique is helpful for the dynamic study of tongue carcinogenesis in rats. T / NT (muscle tissue) and T / NT (brain tissue) can be used as effective indexes to reflect the progression of lesion in rat tongue carcinogenesis.
