思想政治教育的主要目标就是为社会培养有一定思想政治素质的全面发展的建设者和接班人。这个目标能否实现,关键是在思想政治教育过程中能否采取有效的方法和措施。传统的思想政治教育过程注重于知识的传授与解题能力的培养,缺乏对学生学习方法、身心发展的全面引导,致使学生心理素质与学习效率低下,影响思想政治教育目标的实现。本文就思想政治教育过程中对学生辅导的问题进行论述,以期引起思想政治教育工作者的思考与讨论。
The main goal of ideological and political education is to train all-round builders and successors who have certain ideological and political qualifications for the society. Whether this goal can be achieved or not is the key to whether effective measures and measures can be taken in the process of ideological and political education. The traditional ideological and political education process focuses on the teaching of knowledge and the cultivation of problem-solving skills.
