糖代谢异常是威胁母婴健康的疾病,近年来妊娠合并糖代谢异常发生率逐渐增加,妊娠期糖尿病对孕妇、围生儿的影响被人们重视,而妊娠期糖耐量异常(GIGT)对妊娠结局的影响常被忽视。为观察GIGT治疗效果,本文通过对本院2007—2009年门诊诊断为GIGT的孕妇进行随机分组,进行饮食控制,观察、对比妊娠结局,现分析报告如下。
