一、概述我所结构室八二年开始进行混凝土非破损测试研究的同时,也用取芯法对结构混凝土进行了一些现场检测,并参考国外有关取芯法的文献,结合回弹—超声综合测试方法,为解决混凝土上程中的质量评定、技术争议、事故分析,做了大量的尝试工作。八四年参加中国建研院取芯法课题组,两年来,通过试验,提出了混凝土芯样试件的强度换算系数α,高径比(H/D),修正系数β,并对一些取芯法的影响因素也做了具体分析和讨论。二、试件的制作首先要制做能使取芯设备取到混凝土试样的整体混凝土试体,制做了如图(一)的混凝土阶梯墙体。混凝土内无配筋,混凝土强度的设计等级分为两级,阶梯内为30MPa,
