重点介绍基础底板下垫泡沫板的设计的主要依据及计算方法.大面积地使用泡沫板作为基础的软垫层,能够减少基础与土壤的接触面积,加大基础压力,增加低层部分的沉降,进而减少高层建筑与裙房之间的高低层基础间的不均匀沉降差.其次介绍采用“高层建筑地基与基础协同工作电算程序(SFIA)”的基本原理和计算要点,即采用非线性地基的变形模量,根据基底反力的大小不断地调整地基变形模量,逐步逼近计算基础的沉降.
Focuses on the main basis and calculation method for the design of the foundation floor cushion foam board. The use of a foam board as a basic cushion layer on a large area can reduce the contact area between the foundation and the soil, increase the base pressure, and increase the settlement of the lower layer. This in turn reduces the differential settlements between the high- and low-rise bases between high-rise buildings and podiums. Second, it introduces the basic principles and calculations of the “Simulation of High-rise Building Foundations and Foundations” program (using non-linear foundations). The deformation modulus, according to the size of the base reaction force, continuously adjusts the deformation modulus of the foundation, and gradually approaches the calculated settlement.
