随着风险社会时代的到来,民用航空领域的犯罪行为逐渐呈现出国际性、突发性、科技性等特征,民用航空领域警察权中侦查权的行使面临不小的挑战。本文从任意性侦查权与强制性侦查权两方面,分析民用航空领域侦查权行使中存在的问题,通过加强侦查情报信息收集与国内、国际侦查合作的具体方式,来完善侦查权的配置,从而促进民用航空运输业更加安全与稳定。
