随着就业压力的逐年增大,提高高校毕业生职业指导的质量刻不容缓。艺术设计专业的学科特点和市场需求等方面与其他专业不尽相同。因此,高校艺术设计专业要有针对性地对学生进行高质量的职业指导。文章从树立科学的职业指导观念、加强职业指导队伍建设、建立多层次的校企合作体系、以创新创业带动就业等方面,提出提升高校艺术设计专业毕业生职业指导质量的途径。
With the employment pressure increasing year by year, improving the quality of college graduates career guidance without delay. Arts and design disciplines and market demand, and other aspects of the same with other professions. Therefore, the college art and design professionals should be targeted to provide students with high-quality career guidance. The article puts forward ways to improve career guidance quality of college graduates of art design from the aspects of establishing scientific concept of career guidance, strengthening the construction of career guidance team, establishing a multi-level system of school-enterprise cooperation and promoting employment by innovation and entrepreneurship.
