针对经坊煤业开采3~#煤层的过程中上隅角瓦斯时有超限发生的情况,通过分析厚煤层上隅角瓦斯来源,提出了本煤层预抽及施工高位瓦斯钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯相结合的方法,抽采钻孔均采用“两堵一注”封孔工艺,并设计了钻孔布置参数。结果表明,两种抽采方式相结合能有效降低上隅角瓦斯浓度,保证工作面的安全生产。
In view of the fact that there is overrun in the upper corner gas during the mining of 3 ~ # coal seam in Jingfang Coal Mining Company, by analyzing the source of gas in the upper corner of thick coal seam, the pre-pumping of coal seam and high gas drilling in construction are put forward Empty area gas combination of methods, pumping drilling are used “two plug a note ” sealing process, and the design of the drilling layout parameters. The results show that the combination of two pumping methods can effectively reduce the concentration of gas in the upper corner so as to ensure the safe production of working face.
