我们成功地设计,制造和试验了一种采用超导磁体的磁选机。它用于分选磁化率小的细磨矿石或矿物。这种磁选系统可以看成是筒式超导分选机,兼有闻名可靠的传统筒式分选机的优点而且具有超导磁能经济地产生高磁场的优点。这种实验型磁选机的圆筒直径一米;是过渡到半工业型的第一步。本文报告超导磁体系统的设计、制造和试验及氦源的供应问题。
We have successfully designed, manufactured and tested a magnetic separator using superconducting magnets. It is used to sort finely ground ores or minerals with a low susceptibility. This magnetic separation system can be seen as a tube-type superconducting separator, combining the advantages of a well-known and reliable conventional cartridge sorter with the advantage that superconducting magnetic energy can produce a high magnetic field economically. This experimental magnetic separator cylinder diameter of one meter; is the transition to the semi-industrial first step. This article reports on the design, manufacture and testing of superconducting magnet systems and the supply of helium sources.
