当前,加强党的群众工作面临许多新情况、新问题,深化群众自治的关键在于党组织要相信群众、依靠群众、发动群众、组织群众,把推进群众自治作为新形势下贯彻落实群众路线的具体举措,并在完善制度上作出安排。上海市黄浦区五里桥社区紫荆居民区党支部在引领群众自治方面积累了诸多经验,给新形势下做好群众工作提供了借鉴。
