目的了解某蓄电池厂铅危害状况,为采取相应卫生防护措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查,对结果进行统计分析。结果作业环境空气中铅浓度超标高达71%,168名铅作业工人检出疑似职业性慢性轻度铅中毒26人,慢性铅中毒观察对象53人,并有不同程度的神经系统和消化系统的症状。结论该蓄电池厂存在较严重的职业危害,必须采取积极有效的防护措施。
Objective To understand the hazardous situation of lead in a battery factory and provide the basis for taking corresponding health protection measures. Methods The occupational health survey, workplace occupational disease risk factors on-site monitoring and occupational health examination were conducted, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results In the operating environment, the lead concentration in air exceeded as high as 71%. 168 lead workers suspected of occupational chronic mild lead poisoning were detected in 26 workers and 53 were chronic lead poisoning patients with varying degrees of nervous and digestive symptoms . Conclusion The battery factory has serious occupational hazards, and must take active and effective protective measures.
