全面建设小康社会,是江泽民同志在十六大报告中提出的奋斗目标。实现这个目标需要全国人民有一种精神,有一种斗志,有一种毅力。笔者认为,共产党员汪洋湖的“三不能”精神,正是我党带领群众全面建设小康社会需要发扬的精神。 “三不能”精神,是吉林省水利厅原厅长、共产党员汪洋湖提出来的,即“不能偷懒”、“不能糊弄”、“不能滑坡”。这“三不能”精神,是极其可贵的,表现出共产党人的高尚品质。“三不能”精神,完全吻合“三个代表”重要思想,体现了与时俱进的精神。
To build a well-off society in an all-round way is the objective set forth by Comrade Jiang Zemin in the report of the 16th CPC National Congress. Achieving this goal requires that all people in the country have a spirit, a spirit of fighting, and a perseverance. The author believes that the “three noes” spirit of Party member Wang Yanghu is just the spirit that our party needs to carry forward in order to lead the masses in building an overall well-to-do society. “Three can not” spirit, is the original director of Jilin Province Water Conservancy Department, Communist Party member Wang Yang Lake put forward that “can not be lazy”, “can not fool”, “can not be landslide.” This “three noes” spirit is extremely valuable and shows the noble qualities of the Communists. The “three noes” spirit completely conforms to the important thinking of the “Three Represents,” and reflects the spirit of keeping pace with the times.
