我国高等给教育的不断发展,教师的职业压力明显提高,高校女教师角色的转变,在教学与生活中都面临较大的压力,身心健康不佳。瑜伽作为一种健身运动,受到不同领域职业女性的喜欢,瑜伽锻炼可以将精神上的压力与紧张情绪充分释放与缓解,促使其心理功能明显增强,进而达到愉悦精神与放松心情的效果。现对高校女教师练习瑜伽对其身心健康的影响进行阐述。
With the continuous development of higher education in our country, the occupational pressure of teachers has been obviously raised. The transformation of the role of female teachers in higher education institutions is under great pressure in both teaching and daily life, and their physical and mental health is not good. As a kind of fitness exercise, yoga is favored by professional women in different fields. Yoga exercises can fully release and relieve mental stress and tension, and promote their psychological functions to be more spiritual and relaxed. Now on the university female teachers to practice yoga on their physical and mental health are explained.
