我院是一所三级甲等综合性医院,住院部静脉用药集中调配中心已运行十多年,工作效果非常好。2011年我院创建新门诊楼时,由于我院门诊输液量大,我院领导决策,医务部、护理部、药学部、信息部、门诊办公室、质量控制办公室共同协商决定在门诊输液室建立静脉用药调配中心。2013年4月新门诊楼建成启用,门诊静脉用药调配中心也开始运行,其工作效果探讨如下。1工作模式启用的原因1.1门诊输液室是病人最集中的窗口,由于嘈杂、拥挤、秩序混乱,易出现医疗护理差错。1.2配液在治疗室内完成,治疗室空气环境由于人员进出频
