本研究旨在确定化肥厂排出物对印度Periyar河中两种水藻的可能影响。本实验选用两种人工培养的淡水藻类:谷皮菱形藻(Nitzschia Palea)和卵泡藻(Oocystis Pusilla),从Periyar河上游分离获得。根据标准程序进行培养(Stein,1973),按Ward和Parrish(1982)所述的淡水培养剂对实验藻进行保存和测试。被测排出物过滤后立即分析下列参数:pH、氨、磷酸盐、生化需氧量(COD)和氟化物。排出物的测试浓度:N Palea和O Pusilla分别选择5、
This study aimed to determine the possible effects of fertilizer effluents on two algae in the Periyar River in India. Two kinds of freshwater algae cultivated in this experiment were selected: Nitzschia Palea and Oocystis Pusilla, which were isolated from the upstream of Periyar River. The experimental algae were preserved and tested according to standard procedures (Stein, 1973) according to the freshwater culture medium described by Ward and Parrish (1982).
