教师是教学过程中起主导作用的因素,也是决定课堂气氛的关键,教师的敬业精神、教学理念、教学能力乃至临教情绪都对课堂气氛起着至关重要的作用。教师要了解一点教育心理学知识,学习和掌握一些营造和调节课堂气氛的技巧。
Teachers play a leading role in the teaching process. They are also the key to decide the classroom atmosphere. The teachers ’dedication, teaching philosophy, teaching ability and even the clinical adolescents’ emotions play an important role in the classroom atmosphere. Teachers should learn a little about education psychology, learn and master some skills to create and adjust the classroom atmosphere.
