近年来,随着社会高速发展,城镇化推进速度的加快,人民群众对教育的要求日益提高,为更好地培养下一代,寻求接受优质教育的机会,成为人们的共同愿望。为了更好的提高教育质量,提升学生的学习效能,进一步减轻学生过重的学业负担,学校推行了“四段一案一回头”的自主、灵动、快乐、高效的课堂教学改革。作为一名奋战在一线的数学教师,通过两年的课改实践,结合多年的工作经验,深切体会到,抓好课堂教学,是提升学校教育质量的有力保证。一、让数学课堂“活”起来1.课堂是师生和谐互动的舞台传统的数学课堂教学中,教师往往把自己置于课堂的中心,以知识权威的身份说话,老师讲,学生听,记笔记,然后全班一起做练习,再由老师讲评。
