目的 探讨先天性上睑下垂遗传规律。方法 调查 1 55例先天性上睑下垂遗传规律。结果1 55例患者中 51例有家族遗传史 ,占家系总数 3 2 9%。遗传方式有二种 :常染色体显性遗传(82 4 % ) ;常染色体隐性遗传 (1 7 6% )。结论 先天性上睑下垂为遗传性眼病 ,应做好门诊咨询 ,指导患者的婚姻和生育。
Objective To investigate the genetic rules of congenital blepharoptosis. Methods One hundred and fifty-five cases of congenital blepharoptosis were investigated. Results Among the 55 cases, 51 cases had a family history, accounting for 39.2% of the total number of pedigrees. There are two ways of inheritance: autosomal dominant (82 4%); autosomal recessive (176%). Conclusions Congenital blepharoptosis is a hereditary ocular disease. Consultation should be done to guide the patient’s marriage and childbearing.
