食管癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一。流行病学调查表明,食管癌分布具有地区性特征。我们发现食管癌死亡率与饮水、粮食中锌含量呈负相关,食管癌患者血清锌与发锌含量比正常人低。林县食管癌高发区居民尿中亚硝基肌氨酸含量较高。为验证微量元素锌对消化道肿瘤的作用,我们研究了低锌饲料对亚硝基肌氨酸乙酯(NSEE)诱发大鼠食管及前胃癌生长的影响。
Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in our country. Epidemiological studies have shown that the distribution of esophageal cancer with regional characteristics.
