在肺的铁末沉着症中,氩弧焊铁尘肺表现某些特点。Doig等1936年的研究已阐明了氩弧焊工人的X线异常表现。1973年一名氩弧焊工人因急性感染而进行肺部X线照相,发现两肺野有网状和微结节阴影改变。此后对此工人所在工厂的氩弧焊工人进行了X线普查,发现另外两例也具有网状和微结节性改变。[病例观察] 例一,29岁,1961～67年为金属部件的磨工,1967年之后为氩弧焊工人。既往无特殊疾患。
In the lung of iron-induced seizures, argon arc welding iron pneumoconiosis showed some characteristics. Doig and other 1936 studies have elucidated the X-ray abnormalities of TIG workers. A 1973 argon arc welding workers for acute infection and pulmonary radiography, found that the two lung fields have reticular and micro-nodules shadow change. X-ray surveys were performed on TIG welders at the factory where the worker was located and found that the other two also had reticular and micro-nodular changes. [Case observation] Example 1, 29 years old, 1961 to 67 years for the grinding of metal parts, after 1967 for the argon arc welding workers. No special disease in the past.
