分析了目前煤炭市场持续低迷的现状,提出应准确把控煤炭产能;取消价格双轨制,实施统一的市场定价原则;降低煤炭企业的相关税费等建议,以稳定煤炭市场。
Analyzed the current situation of the coal market downturn, proposed that the coal production capacity should be accurately controlled; the dual-track price system should be abolished; the unified market pricing principle should be abolished; and the related taxes and fees for coal enterprises should be lowered so as to stabilize the coal market.
