研究对象为10名正常人、10稳定型心绞痛、10例不稳定型心绞痛、12例心衰(NYHAⅡ-Ⅳ级。缺血性心肌病6例、瓣膜病6例)和18例急性心肌梗塞患者。后者均为首次心肌梗塞,于症状发生后6h内住院,45min内静滴1.5MU链激酶;均为Killip l级患者。不稳定型心绞痛于最后1次胸痛4h内;急性心肌梗塞于住院时和住院后1、4、24h取血标本。患者均半仰卧位>15min,通过内置套管前臂静脉抽血,血液抽入冰冷的钾EDTA试管;并于5min内,300转/min离心10min,取血浆贮存于一70℃中备用。采用放射免疫系统测定内皮素。所用抗体与内皮素-1交叉反应为100%、内皮素-2为204%、内皮素-3为0.024%、大的内皮素-1为38%。检出内皮素低限为0.5fmoe/ml(lfmol/ml=2.5pg/ml)。采用小改良
The subjects were 10 normal subjects, 10 stable angina pectoris, 10 unstable angina pectoris, 12 patients with heart failure (NYHA Ⅱ-Ⅳ grade, 6 ischemic cardiomyopathy, valvular disease 6) and 18 patients with acute myocardial infarction .
