采用链脲霉素诱导C_(57)小鼠发生糖尿病并研究在糖尿病状态下,外周血T淋巴细胞数量和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果显示糖尿病小鼠外周血淋巴细胞数量无明显改变,而T淋巴细胞百分比显著下降;腹腔巨噬细胞体外吞噬酵母菌的能力明显低于正常对照。T淋巴细胞数量减少和巨噬细胞吞噬功能减弱,提示链脲霉素糖尿病小鼠细胞免疫功能低下
Streptozotocin was used to induce diabetes in C57 mice and to study the number of T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood and the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages under diabetic conditions. The results showed that the number of peripheral blood lymphocytes in diabetic mice did not change significantly, but the percentage of T lymphocytes decreased significantly; the ability of peritoneal macrophages to swallow yeast in vitro was significantly lower than that of normal controls. Decreased number of T lymphocytes and weakened phagocytic function of macrophages suggest low cellular immunity in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice
