利用固定床反应器,研究了铜系催化剂对顺酐加氧制γ-丁内酯的催化性能。筛选了众多的催化剂,得到了高选择性的加氢催化剂XYF-5,考察了反应条件对活性的影响,γ-丁内酯得率达95%。XRO测试表明,活性与Cu~0有关。AES测试表明,(?)(“□”是氧空位)构成最佳活性单元。
A fixed bed reactor was used to study the catalytic activity of Cu catalysts on γ-butyrolactone catalyzed by maleic anhydride. A large number of catalysts were screened and the highly selective hydrogenation catalyst XYF-5 was obtained. The influence of reaction conditions on the activity was investigated. The yield of γ-butyrolactone was 95%. XRO test showed that activity is related to Cu ~ 0. AES test showed that (?) (“□” is oxygen vacancy) constitute the best active unit.
