经过改革开放,我国生产资料所有制结构发生巨大变化,生产关系也随之发生巨变。已经退出经济领域的资本主义特有的经济规律重新出现,且作用范围迅速扩大,力度迅速增强;而一些社会主义特有的经济规律的作用范围受到局限,作用力度有所削弱。两类不同性质的经济规律同时共存、互相影响,决定我国的经济发展。我们应该了解这些关系,针对其发挥作用的根源考虑对策,发挥社会主义经济规律的正效应影响,减少资本主义经济规律的负效应影响,并在广度和力度上扩大社会主义经济规律的作用,巩固和加强国有经济的主导地位,进一步发挥公有制经济的优势,促进国民经济的持续发展。
After the reform and opening up, the ownership structure of our means of production has undergone tremendous changes, and the relations of production have also changed dramatically. The unique economic laws of capitalism that have withdrawn from the economic field have reappeared and their scope of action has rapidly expanded and intensified rapidly. However, the scope of the role of some economic laws unique to socialism has been limited and its role has been weakened. Two types of economic laws of different nature co-exist and influence each other and determine the economic development of our country. We should understand these relations and consider countermeasures in light of their root causes. We should give full play to the positive effects of the socialist economic laws, reduce the negative effects of the capitalist economic laws, and expand the role of socialist economic laws in a breadth and intensity. Strengthen the dominance of the state-owned economy, give full play to the advantages of the public-owned economy and promote the sustained development of the national economy.
