秘书实训作为实践教学的重要课程,进入秘书专业教学已有逾十年时间。从职业环境营造、设施设备配置、实训任务部署等方面来讲,模拟的秘书实训已越来越接近于实际的秘书工作。然而,受各种软硬件设施的限制,实训课程的教学效果却不尽如人意,实训教学的整体质量一直未能获得大的突破,思考和探索秘书实训软硬件建设问题已刻不容缓。
