针灸结合红外线穴位照射及康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征疗效观察

目的分析观察针灸结合红外线穴位照射及康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床作用效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的60例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者作为此次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针灸结合红外线穴位照射治疗,对比两组患者治疗后临床效果和疼痛改善程度。结果观察组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组,在疼痛改善方面,观察组的疼痛改善程度明显好于对照组,组间比较具有统计学意义。结论针灸结合红外线穴位照射及康复训练对治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床作用显著,适合在临床中应用与推广。 Objective To observe and observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with infrared point irradiation and rehabilitation training on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods Sixty patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training. The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with infrared light irradiation on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect and the degree of pain improvement were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In the aspect of improving the pain, the improvement of pain in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with infrared light irradiation and rehabilitation training have significant clinical effect on the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, and are suitable for clinical application and promotion.
