1993年在北京密云水库九松山隧洞工程中研制成功一种新型的隧洞模板。其从底到顶全断面连续浇筑、边拱采用滑模、结构轻巧和整体行进式的特点具有许多优越性:(1)免除纵向工作缝繁琐的工序,提高了混凝土衬砌的整体性;(2)方便入仓、振捣,提高混凝土的内、外质量,避免了因施工困难而不得不加大衬砌厚度的浪费现象;(3)模板重量只有针梁模板的二到三分之一,装、拆、移动方便;(4)模板中间有较大的空间,方便操作,便利交通。总之,在提高质量、优化设计、减轻劳动、降低消耗、加快速度等方面都有显著的效果,比现在风行世界的针梁模板又有重大改进,堪称最新一代隧洞模板。获“1996北京国际发明展”铜牌、全国水电模板学会年会先进奖。
In 1993, a new type of tunnel template was successfully developed in the JiuSongShan tunnel project of Miyun reservoir in Beijing. The continuous pouring from the bottom to the top of the whole section, the sliding mode of the side arch, the lightweight structure and the overall traveling style have many advantages: (1) eliminating the tedious process of the longitudinal work seam and improving the integrity of the concrete lining; (2) Easy to warehousing, vibrate, improve the quality of the internal and external concrete, to avoid the construction of the difficulties and had to increase the lining thickness of the waste phenomenon; (3) the template weight is only two to one-third of the needle beam template, Demolition, easy to move; (4) There is a large space in the middle of the template for easy operation and convenient transportation. In short, there are significant effects on improving quality, optimizing design, reducing labor, reducing consumption and accelerating speed. It is also the most significant improvement over the current needle-beam formwork in the world. It is the latest generation of tunnel template. Won the “1996 Beijing International Invention Exhibition” bronze medal, the National Hydropower Association Advanced Award.
